2.Dust extraction during loading transport and paint drying equipment are provided to shorten the paint drying period and improve efficiency.
3.It’s principle in the production as below: All kinds of work‐piece with different size will be conveyed through the dust machine by stainless steel roller to clean the dust, and then scanned the work‐piece’s size, through the calculation of numerical control system to get the spraying trajectory to start painting.
4.Adopts a set of spraying systems with five‐axis, and is driven by independent servo control system, to achieve high‐speed and steady reciprocating spray, to ensure the spray efficiency and high‐quality results, achieving effectively the continuous spraying of the production line.
5.The screen scanning system is provide in the loading enter of spray painting room in order to scan the work‐piece’s shape and size. Then the CPU controller can receive the work‐piece’s signal and start spray painting to save paint.

The temperature of each drying zone can be set separately, saving power and improve efficiency.

3. Temperature control system adopted temperature control instrument with PID function, and with a dedicated temperature control template, have fast heating speed and high precision of temperature characteristic.
Painting machine
